DPRK Q4

DPRK seems to be doing well in attracting Chinese and Russian efforts to invest in its own country. Now, both countries with contracts on different ports in Rajin, are competing for control of the port, wanting to lay down each country’s different railroad system to the port itself.

I hope for China’s sake, they won’t lay down any “8/3” rail lines in Rason. Other wise, North Koreans would just curse out “18!
